How to delete your AmA Studio game data and account, including Kinfold.

This page is for players of games by AmA Studio, including Kinfold on Google Play and the App Store. Players 13 and over can sign in to get an account and cloud saves. Players under 13 can't sign in, and their progress stays on their device.

01Delete your account in the game

If you're signed in, this is the fastest way:

  1. Open the game and tap Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm.

Your account and cloud save are deleted right away, and you're signed out. This can't be undone. You can keep playing without an account, and your progress then stays on your device only.

02Or ask us

If you can't open the game, or you never signed in:

  1. Email support@amastudios.net with the subject Delete my data.
  2. Tell us the game (for example Kinfold) and the device you play on.
  3. If you signed in, add the email or sign-in you used (Apple, Google, Unity or email). If the game shows a player ID, add it too. It helps us find your data fast.

You can also use the support form. Pick the topic "Delete my data".

We reply to confirm, then delete your data within 30 days. Parents can ask for their child's data to be deleted the same way.

03What we delete

  • Your account: the account ID and any email address linked to it.
  • Game progress: your online backup of levels, progress and settings (Unity cloud saves).
  • Gameplay statistics: in-game events and analytics linked to your account (Unity Analytics). We don't collect these from players under 13.
  • Your messages: support emails from you, once your request is done.

04What we keep

  • Purchase records: Apple and Google keep these, not us. Purchases you made may not come back after your progress is deleted.
  • Ad data: held by Unity LevelPlay and its ad networks under their own policies. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
  • Your Apple or Google account: deleting your game account doesn't touch it. To stop the game using it, you can also remove the game from your Apple or Google account's sign-in settings.

05Progress on your device

Uninstalling the game deletes the progress saved on your phone. For players under 13, that's everything: nothing is stored online.
